Like so many of us, I named my children along a more unusual route, and therefore finding their names on any average supermarket / garden centre personalised nick nack rack has never happened, yet.
Fortunately, through the power of the internet, never experiencing the joy of having something lovely with their name on doesn’t have to be an entirely foregone conclusion.
I was introduced to Kent-Made by it’s owner, Chantel, who has turned her hand to a creative and beautiful range of products, and is setting about making it into a growing business. Kent-Made, is like me, based in Kent (Canterbury to be precise) so how could I not support a Kent girl after my own heart and give her small business a little leg up.
The website clearly takes you through the product line – I love the funky arrow name signs, ideal for bedrooms, personalisable in a range of cool fonts.
Or if room hangings aren’t your thing, Kent-Made crafts christmas decorations, Decorative wooden postcards, wedding stationary, and cute flowers – all with personalised names, dates, messages and sentiments. All U.K. orders come with free delivery.
I’ve already picked up a Mother’s day card, and I’m really pleased with the originality and beautiful detail – it’s not just a card, it’s a pretty little keepsake, from me to Mum.
Chantel at Kent Made is offering one of my readers any item from her site as part of a Mum Muddling Through Giveaway, so if you have a Xanthe or a Bear, a Bluebell or a Rafferty, an Emilia (with an E!) or a Kym (with a Y!) you can create a bedroom door sign with their name proudly on display.
To enter the giveaway, head over to my GIVEAWAYS page here and complete the rafflecopter widget.
