As you already know, Tigs turns six in a few weeks and I’m planning a party for her at home. The theme she has requested is ‘Unicorn’, obvs, and I’m on the hunt for some little touches to make her party special. Just because you haven’t gone for a third party venue, doesn’t mean you have to lose those extra twinkly touches. After all you just saved a god damn fortune on hall hire…
On my unicorn tastic online hunt, I stumbled across this little beauty which I wanted to share with you.
When it comes to party invitations, paper invites are pretty much in the past, aren’t they? With so much digital access at our fingertips, it just seems a waste of money, paper and energy to be writing out invites to all the party guests. Plus, am I alone but I sometimes think it’s a little bit low blow on the small folk in the school line / nursery line when you haven’t invited everyone?).
Anyway, I digress. I haven’t RSVP’d using a paper slip since I was about seven, and most of us rely on the ease and instantaneous means of digital tech to arrange our social lives and party plans.
I usually knock up a photo invite using a photo editing app, but when I saw this product from mini-epic, I knew we needed to lock down the party invites using the super cute personalised Unicorn video.
I’ve never seen anything like these before, and thought that Tigs and her pals would love the little video.
Mini-Epic is a fun and fast way to send online animated party invitations for kids’ parties. You simply pick a video template, add your party details, upload a photo and within 60 seconds your personalised invitation is ready to view. Then you can send it by email and track your guests’ RSVPs, or download your invitation to share via WhatsApp.
