June is men’s health month. If you, like me, are always diverting the kids away from the treats and trying to encourage more healthy snacking, there is no better place to start than on influencing a role model like Dad.
The solo male in our household is quite partial to the ‘treats cupboard’ but keeping the larder stocked with nuts, seeds, abundance of fruit and high protein snacks has helped a little ‘healthy eating education‘ for him too.
